Planning to do low carb diet again

Today I had a protein shake, banana and coffee for breakfast

Lunch was a green juiced drink, tomatoes, carrots, beet, celery, parsley
was o.k. , I don't like tomato juice.  But, they had to be used today.


I am doing a detox this weekend and hope to start a low carb south beach style diet
after detox.  Lots of fruit, veggies, protein with limited carbs in my future.
